Safe Strangers

So, My thought for the Social Practice project is this: we are a generation who has been told “Don’t talk to strangers, because they’re dangerous” by those in authority. The trouble is, everyone’s a stranger before you meet them, and because you’re not supposed to talk to them, you never meet anyone.

So, what we need to do is create an authority for talking to strangers, a “Safe Strangers Administration” to authorize communication between people who would normally not feel comfortable doing so.
